-9.272 is the right answer. First you had to apply by the fraction rule. And it gave us, [tex]-5.872-\frac{5.1}{1.5}[/tex]. Then you divide by the number, and it gave us, [tex]\frac{5.1}{1.5}=3.4[/tex], or [tex]=-5.872-3.4[/tex]. Finally subtract by the numbers, and it gave us the answer is [tex]-5.872-3.4=-9.272[/tex], or -9.272 is the right answer. Hope this helps!
