a) In order to make 1 dinner roll we need = 1/3 ÷ 5 = 1/3 × 1/5 = 1/15 of a cup  of flour.

b) In order to make 3 dozen rolls that is 12 * 3 = 36 rolls we need.

1/15 × 36 = $2\frac{6}{15} = 2\frac{2}{5} \ cup \ of \ flour.$

c) With 5 2/3 cups of flourwe can make : 5 2/3 ÷ 1/15

= 17/3 ÷ 1/15 = 17/3 × 15/1 = 17 × 5 = 65 dinner rolls.

Therefore, 1/15 of a cup  of flour need to make one dinner roll.

In order to make 3 dozen rolls we need $2\frac{2}{5} \ cup \ of \ flour.$.
