It's never good to keep all of your emotions in if you're depressed. The best thing to do is tell someone, get those words out, talk to someone who cares and who'll listen wholeheartedly. It could be your best friend, your lover, or a family member - anyone you feel most comfortable around. Just make sure to help someone so they can help as much as they can.

I agree with the above answer, but also if you feel you have no one that cares in your life (which I only mention because it’s a very common situation to many people with depression) then I am very open to you or anyone that reads this to message me :)
I will listen and give the best advice possible (if desired)
