In MLA Format:

You want to use Times new Roman font and make sure the margins are spaced 1 point. You want to use compound sentences. Down below i've linked some helpful pictures. Have your introduction of the topic which means a good opening paragraph that captures the interest of your reader and tells why your topic is important. Then your three thesis statements and then your conclusion at the end.
