Hi!

[tex]\frac{2}{3}x-6=9[/tex]

[tex]\frac{2}{3}x-6+6=9+6[/tex]

[tex]\frac{2}{3}x=15[/tex]

[tex]3*\frac{2}{3}x=15*3[/tex]

[tex]2x=45[/tex]

[tex]\frac{2x}{2}=\frac{45}{2}[/tex]

[tex]x=\frac{45}{2}[/tex]

Explanation: First add 6 from the both sides. Then simplify, You can also multiply by 3 from both sides. Then you can simplify again. Next you can divide by 2 from both sides. And finally you can simplify to find the answer. It gave me answer is x=45/2 is the right answer. Hope this helps! And thank you for posting your question at here on Brainly. And have a great day. -Charlie

Hey there!

[tex]\frac{2}{3} x[/tex]  [tex]- 6[/tex] [tex]= 9[/tex]

[tex]ADD[/tex] by the number [tex]6[/tex] on each of your sides

[tex]\frac{2}{3} x[/tex] [tex]-6[/tex] [tex]+ 6[/tex] [tex]=[/tex] [tex]6 + 9[/tex]

[tex]6 + 9[/tex] [tex]= 15[/tex]

[tex]\frac{2}{3} x[/tex] [tex]= 15[/tex]

[tex]MULTIPLY[/tex] by [tex]\frac{3}{2}[/tex] on each of your sides

[tex]\frac{3}{2} [/tex] × [tex]\frac{2}{3} x[/tex] = [tex]\frac{3}{2}[/tex] × [tex]15[/tex]

[tex]x=[/tex] [tex]\frac{45}{2}[/tex] ⇒ [tex]22\frac{1}{2}[/tex]

Answer: [tex]A[/tex]

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
