You notice that a fellow co-worker consistently does not perform hand-hygiene when it is indicated or appropriate. How would you approach this? Is it your job to say something to them, or should you just report it to your supervisor? How would you want your co-worker to handle the same situation if it was reversed?

I feel like it would really be my job to report it to my supervisor because the outcome could potentially hurt them physically and health wise.at work I would to see a co-worker not washing their hands consistently, I would approached them in a nice way and be like" Hey! Don't forget to wash your hands!'' After reminding my co-worker for a couple times to wash their hand and they continue to forget I would try to talk to him or her in private, so in that way they wouldn't think am trying to be rude and they wouldn't feel embarrassed. I would let him or her know that viruses spread so easily just without them washing their hands.

I would tell him a couple times to make sure to wash his hands but i would do it kindly and if he didnt listen i would contact my supervisor and tell him whats wrong and i would asking for advice on how to approach this. And i only need two more branliests to get to expert and i was wondering if you could mark this as brainliests and for the other person who commented on this go to my profile and if you can find a question i have thats only got one response i will mark you as brailiest thank you soo much guys :)
