The base angles of isosceles PQR are equal,

Hence,

$2x -18°=5y-8°$
$2x-5y=-8°+18°$
$2x-5y=10° \: .....(1)$

Sum of interior angles is 180°

$(x+41°)+(2x-18°)+(5y-8°)=180°$
$3x+5y+15°=180°$

$3x+5y=165° \: ...(2)$

Equation (2)+(1) gives

$5x=175°$
Divide through by 5.
$x=35°$

Substitute x=35° in equation (1)

$2(35°)-5y=10°$
$- 5y=10° - 70 \degree$

$- 5y= - 60°$

Divide through by -5.

$y=12°$
