Use the three-point general rubric to evaluate the paragraph.

An Afternoon of Modern Art

On saturday, I went to the Bates County Museum of Art with my parents. We saw the new modern art exhibit, and it was pretty strange. There were one painting that didn’t really look like anything but slattered paint. Another painting was made out of foil and torn paper. There were also lots of crazy statues made out of metal, bottles, and cans. One even made out of bicycle parts. Did I mention that we ate lunch first? Anyway, the exhibit might be interesting for somebody who like modern art.

Respuesta :

The correct answer is A, all sentences except one is focused on the exhibit.  Thereisonly one sentence: did Imention that we had lunch first? which doesnot focus on the exhibit. In addition to that, there is a noticeablemistake when the speaker uses a plural conjugation with a singular object., which is the case of "...there were one painting...". The second closest option would be D,but it isnot completely true, since is fair to say that A ismore accurate as it includes the mistake made by the speaker.

the answer is A an Afthernoon of modern art  ( Gradpoint )
