The decimal 23.04001 does not have the value as the other three decimals
In decimals, the number actually has infinite zeroes behind the last non-zero decimal.
Example:
5.2 can be written as 5.2, 5.20, 5.20000, 5.2000000000... and so on. These numbers all have the same value since a zero doesnt add anything to the value.
The numbers that do add to value are non-zero numbers (such as 1, 2, 3...)
So this way, 5.20 and 5.21 are not the same number. The same way, 5.200000 and 5.2000100000 are not the same.

This brings us to the conclusion that 23.04001 is the answer.
