The American revolution has caused and influenced the people of United States Of America in an adverse manner and there emerged a need for the regulating laws and principles. This has led to the idea of new constitution.

Support for new constitution

  • The federalist were of the view that they have to frame a new constitution to  run the country smoothly catering to the development and growth of the nation as a whole.

  • They lured people by promising to introduce a bill of rights for the people which will help to attain freedom.

  • They also stated that the new judiciary will help in instigating better trading mechanism in inter state trading.
