Habitat
The total area of land and water ecosystems an individual needs to obtain food, shelter, home heating, travel, and waste absorption is called habitat.
Habitat is a natural environment that is inhabited by certain species of plant, animal, and other organism. Habitat is made up of biotic factors (living things such as animals), and abiotic factors (non-living things such as objects). Habitat has physical and biological characteristics and it provides protection, water, food, and shelter for organisms to survive. Habitats differ from organism to organism and they include; temperate, polar, and tropical habitat.
