The three body types have different ways to burn or store fat. First, the Ectomorphs have long limbed but not particularly muscular, which is good at processing carbohydrates into energy and burn off fat easily. The second type is Endomorph that often have pear-shape and genetically limits ability to put muscle mass because it has the tendency to store body fat. Lastly, the Mesomorph is muscular and tend to store fat easily with high metabolism that can lose or gain weight easily.
