If 12 is 10% of the value what is that value

Any number that is 10% of another number is just saying it's been divided by 10. That means to work out the original number, you do the opposite. (multiply).

Therefore:
12 × 10 = 120.

The value is 120.

for this question you can say:
10/100 = 12/?
so ? is your value:
12*100/10 = 120 :)))
