Cancer cells are not like regular cells. Cancer cells do not divid like other cells do. Option A is not true, because cancer cells don't multiply at a rate that is beneficial to the human body. Cancer cells are not beneficial what so ever. Cancer is caused by bacterial infections but not always. I think the answer is Option C, cancer is an uncontrolled growth of foreign cells in the body. I could be wrong though.
