To study cells with a light microscope, different types of stains are usually available. Why is it generally more useful to stain eukaryotic cells than prokaryotic cells?

Respuesta :

Because the prokaryotic cells would be damaged

BECAUSE WE WANT TO SEE A CELL AND ITS ALL ORGANELLE UNDER LIGHT MICROSCOPE. BUT THE STAINS ARE MOSTLY FOR LIPID MEMBRANE AND EUKARYOTIC HAVE WELL DIFFERENTIATED ORGANELLE WITH MEMBRANE AND PROKARYOTES LACKS IT AND ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE A WELL DIFFERENTIATED NUCLEUS.

SO IT IS GOOD TO SEE EUKARYOTES AND WELL THIS DEPENDS ON THE EXAMINER ALSO.
