All techniques are recommended for kinesthetic learners except “focus on reading a book”. The main characteristic of kinesthetic learners is that they learn through movement. So if a teacher gives a book to read to this type of learner, the learning process will not be effective. The other examples (using experiments, studying while engage in physical activity and building a model) motivate kinesthetic learners to internalize concepts or ideas as they all involve movement when performing the activities.
