I believe the answer is: Out of labor force.
As a general guideline, People would be considered to be a part of labor force if we are contributing to the nations' overall gross domestic products. So, even if we work for an hour and produce something from it, we would be considered as a part of labour force
A university student who is enrolled in school full-time and not seeking employment is considered out of the labor force.
