Lightly draw and x across your page by connecting the opposite corners. Mark a dot where the two lines meet. This is called your vanishing point. Draw a horizontal line across your page the crosses this this dot. Below this line is the ground and above it is sky. From the dot draw two lines to the bottom of the page where you want the road to be. All lines you draw should be either be in line with this point, horizontal, or vertical. Make sure to USE A RULER. Once you're done you can erase the x you made (blue lines in the attached drawing). Tip: Objects closer to the vanishing point should be drawn smaller to make the illusion that it is farther away.
