Hi There!
Two wholes or 2, times 4/5 is 1 3/5. First, whenever the whole number is the numerator, one will always be the denominator. Now, you are multiplying 2/1 * 4/5. First, multiply the numerators (2 * 4) so your answer should be 8, now, multiply the denominators (1 * 5) you're answer should be 5. You're answer should be 8/5 to change your answer to a mixed number, you have to do 8 divided by 5. You're answer should be 1 R 3, One will be you're whole number and 3 will be you're numerator, the denominator will be the same. So, 2 * 4/5 is 1 3/8.
Hope This Helps :)
