El Nino is easier, because right now we are in El Nino season,
1. Yes, it can, water temperatures are extending from CA to FL, as of that some hurricanes can or can't be able to form, but the heat has been an impact this year.
2.They are stronger because there has been lots of wind shear in the atmostphere causing severe thunderstorms, due to that waters in CA have been warmer than usual causing hurricanes somewhat close to California but no landfall.
3. Periodic warming is essential to El Nino, temperatures have been +20-30 this winter in some areas and causing severe thunderstorms in Florida more and other places.
4.Climate change has been impacted in many areas, Florida, DC, MD, NY, etc. CA has had 100 degree temperatures last year.
5.They have been increased because of climate change, as of now Antarctica has had warmer waters and causing that made the waters increase and get warmer as time goes on.
6.The cold water has been changing to warm water because of the El Nino causing lots of issues on the South America/North America border. As you know Hurricane Patricia impacted Mexico that was warm water and little shear because of El Nino.
7.Strong winds have been an impact to El Nino, thankfully no extreme hurricanes were an impact to US. And wind shear has been extreme to hurricanes and not been able to form or strengthen.
8. Yes California has had that because of El Nino, thankfully now El Nino is getting better because of the time going by, Almost all of California was on extreme drought.
9. It will not cause many droughts to the Southern US but TX could be in favor to drought if there was no rain or moisture to TX.
10. Yes it can trigger heavy rainfall, Florida has already had 10 inches and now it's March, as well as many other places that had lots of rainfall recently.
11. Yes it can, there has been severe winds and tornadoes now, jet streams are always an impact to possible severe weather.
