The European nations affected by the five treaties established at the end of WWI the treaty of Versailles. The Treaty of Versailles placed the blame of the war squarely on Germany and was meant to prevent her from starting another war. Austria-Hungary lost most of its population to neighboring countries.
After the defoliation of World War I, the triumphant European governments forced a range of severe agreements upon the subdued countries. These agreements dismantled the Central Powers specifically Germany and Austria-Hungary, accompanied by Ottoman Turkey and Bulgaria of extraordinary provinces and commanded important settlement returns. As an immediate consequence of conflict, the German, Austro-Hungarian, Russian, and Ottoman Empires discontinued surviving.
