Well, if it's without the $50 bonus you would subtract those 50 from 164 to get 114 when you add the 8 and 4 together you get 12hours in total so when you divide 114÷12 you get $9.50 per hour.
If it's with the $50 bonus you still add the hours together but divide 164 by 12 to get 13.6666666 round would be about $14 per hour. sorry if I'm wrong
