Look at the picture.
Divide the segment in a 2: 3 ratio:
We have an AB segment.
Draw a ray with the beginning of point A (pic. 1)
Draw five (2 + 3 = 5) arches, one after the other (pic. 2)
Draw a line passing through point B and the point of intersection of the ray and the last arc (pic. 3)
Draw a parallel line that passes through the intersection of the ray and the second arc (pic. 4)
We have segment division in a 2: 3 ratio (pic. 5)
