It alludes to the presence of social groups which are ranked one above the other in terms of the power, prestige and wealth their participants own. 2. Stratification systems allow measuring its own consequences to international businessmen. Those consequences can be grouped either by lifestyle and by life chances. 3. It will help them (international businessmen) to operate more effectively when stratification systems put no obstacles in the way of recognition of talent, job satisfaction, motivation of individuals, social mobility, and groups or classes competition.
