→For example , Consider a plot of land which is in the shape of Isosceles Triangle , having base length 8 cm and length of Perpendicular 4 units.Then Area of Triangle

      $=\frac{1}{2} \times \text{Base} \times \text{Height}\\\\=\frac{1}{2} \times 8 \times 4\\\\=16 \text{Square unit}$

→Now, Consider another plot of land which is in the shape of Square having side length 4 cm.

Then, Area of Square =Side × Side

                                     =4×4

                                      =16 square unit
