Energy of photon is equal to the product of Planck's constant and frequency.
The mathematical expression is given as :
[tex]E = h\nu[/tex]
where,
E = energy of photon
h = Planck's constant i.e. [tex]6.626 \times 10^{-34} Js[/tex]
[tex]\nu[/tex] = frequency
Put the given values of frequency and Planck's constant in above formula, we get
[tex]E =6.626 \times 10^{-34} Js\times 7.05 \times 10^{14} Hz[/tex]
= [tex]46.7133\times 10^{-20} Js Hz[/tex]
Since, Hz is equal to [tex]second^{-1}[/tex]
Thus, energy of photon = [tex]46.7133 \times 10^{-20} J[/tex] or [tex]4.67133 \times 10^{-19} J[/tex]
