Skill-related components of fitness are components that increase ability and participation in a range of skills specific to particular sports. Reaction time, Speed, Agility, Muscular power and coordination are the types of skill related components of fitness. The balanced required to hold a hand stand would be a skill related component of fitness as it is a specific skill required for a specific action or sport, in this example holding a handstand.
