In 1957 the the Non-commissioned officer academies (NCOA})came up with a pattern which enhanced training for the Non- commissioned officers (NCOs) and they had to go through four weeks course. Four weeks was a minimum length. And on this they authorized seven subjects that were the part of the curriculum and which added value on the new concepts of the atomic warfare
