A measuring cylinder (5ml) would be used to measure exactly 4 ml of water because it is the most accurate tool unlike a beaker or conical flask.
We can use cylindrical test tube which is approximately 10 mm wide and 1000 mm long on scales. The vertical nature of a cylindrical tube makes tracking the amount of water is pretty easy.
Cylindrical test tube is pretty easy to use because we can easily calculate the volume of test tube by measuring it's height of liquid present in it .
What is the formula for volume calculation in test tube?
Formula which can use for volume(V) calculations in test tube.
Volume =πR^2×H
Where R is the radius of tube which is given by 10 mm
H is the height of liquid which can measure by simple scale.
Cylindrical test is also easy to use because there only need of basic knowledge of measurement.
Cylindrical test tube is also use because it's easy to maintain i.e there is no extra charge for it's operation or calibration like battery, electric supply.
Therefore ,I recommend the cylindrical test tube is better option to measure the 4ml water.
