1)Remember the five sense
Sight, smell, sound, taste, feel(or touch)
2) Also remember to use colorful and uncommon adjectives separated by commas, for example
•‘A towering, red building lit up the street’, instead of ‘large red building had bright lights’
•’His blood-curling screams echoed, leaving my skin tight with goosebumps’
3) Another important thing to note, is to show and not tell.
Don’t say “Sasha stood on the....” instead say “Sasha’s fiery hair stood out among the crowd in the...”
4) When describing a person, mention notable features (like a subtle limp, a large nose, pretty eyes, or a scar) rather than trying to describe normal all the characters boring features.
