You can take two of the x and y on the table to find the slope:
y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

15 - 12 / 4 - 3

Now you can use the point-slope formula to find the equation: y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 9 = 3(x - 2)
y - 9 = 3x -6
y = 3x + 3
So you are correct with choice B.
