As per given in question, they both takes 66 hrs to clean the house together means

(1 / C) + (1 / J) = (1 / 66)

jena takes twice as long as cindy means C = 2 J

replacing the value

1 / C + 1/ 2C = 1/66

3/2C = 1/66

Cross multiplying

3 * 66 = 2 C * 1

198 = 2 C

Dividing by 2

198 / 2 = C

C = 99 hrs
