The conflict that is introduced in the excerpt below from “Justin Lebo” is that the residents of the Kilbarchan Home for Boys may not like the bicycles that Justin just restored. Justin Lebo is a non-fictional story about a young boy that rebuilds and donates bicycles to needy children and adults.

The conflict is that there are not enough bicycles for the residents of the Kilbarchan Home for Boys.

He was just thinking: "how would all those kids decide who got the bikes?" he only had two bicycles and they were more than two. He was thinking that it was going to cause trouble.
