1 mol NF3 contains 1 mol atoms of Nitrogen
2.49 mol NF3 contains 2.49 mol atoms of Nitrogen

1 mol   ----  6.02 *10²³ atoms
2.49 mol ----- 2.49*6.02*10²³ = 15.0*10²³ atoms of N
