Because candidates can expect to have their lives scrutinized during a campaign, in addition to party leaders rarely willing to offer monetary support unless a candidate can raise some funds on his or her own. My opinion is that most politicians get bought and paid for by self serving lobbyists

Great entrepreneur such as Bill gates might choose not be run for office because of his inexperience with Politics.

Also, the process of campaigning for election and lobbying political member might seems unacceptable by the qualified member. Such action will prevent him from become a candidate not to talk of emerging to run a political office.

The political office are filled with people who have great skills of influencing citizen. Such quality are not possessed by the qualified individual as well.

Therefore, in conclusion, ir will be difficult to find quality candidates to run for office because they dislike limelight and the stress attached to political parties.
