Respuesta :

To determine the kcal of energy available from the serving of granola, multiply the number of grams of carbohydrate, fat, and protein, and fat by 4,9, and 4, respectively. Then add the results.

25 grams of carbohydrate x 4 kcal/g= 100 kcal

                     5 grams of fat x 9kcal/g= 45 kcal

            6 grams of protein x 4 kcal/g = 24 kcal

                                                     Total= 169 kcal
