Clement Greenberg
Clement Greenberg is one of the most influential American art critic of the latter half of the 20th century. his ideas and notions, were however subjected to the literal test of time, and while some failed,due to painters such as Robert Schoenberg doing the exactly opposite of what he advocated, he undoubtedly is still an influential figure.
