Hi!
Let's start with number 9.
So we have to fill in the missing parts of the table by filling in the x/y values.
Starting with the first blank, put 0 into the given equation.
-2 · 0 + 3y = 6
simplify
0 + 3y = 6
subtract 0 from both sides
0 - 0 + 3y = 6 - 0
3y = 6
divide by 3 on both sides
y = 2
The first value is 2
Continue solving like this to fill in the whole table.
-2x + 3 · 0 = 6
-2x + 0 = 6
-2x = 6
x = -3
-2x + 3 · 1 = 6
-2x + 3 = 6
-2x = 3
x = -1.5
The table completely filled in looks something like this...
x y
0 2
-3 0
-1.5 0
Now for question 10.
Basically, you just fill in the coordinates from the table. (0,2), (-3,0), and (-1.5, 0).
I have included an image that shows it drawn in.
Hope this helps! :)
