The product of a and c is negative because a is less than zero, so it's negative and c is greater than zero, so it's positive. A negative times(multiplied by) a positive comes out to a negative, regardless.
The quotient of b and a is positive because they're both negative. So when you divide by two negative numbers, it'll turn out to be a positive because the two negatives cancel out.
and maybe The quotient of c and 0 is undefined if that's the order of how the division matters. If c is in the numerator and zero is in the denominator, then yes, it's undefined because you can't divide anything by zero! But if it's the other way around (c in the denominator and zero in the numerator) then the answer would be zero because you can divide zero by c(which is a variable for a number)!
Hope that helps!
