Remark This is just a little hard to read. It looks like the 2/3 is raised to a power. It's really not given the choices of your answers. You treat the two powers as multiplication. So you would do it like this

Notice what you did to the 4. You put a 1 under it so that numerator can be multiplied by numerator and denominator can be multiplied by denominator.
