Don't you mean, "Which is smallest of the following numbers?"

Converting all those fractions into decimal fractions would be the fastest way to go, for me at least.

0.67
0.75
1.50

0.875   It's pretty obvious that 0.60 (3/5) IS THE SMALLEST fraction here.
