Jessie’s idea is an example of "Moral objectivity".

Moral objectivism is the position that moral certainties exist independantly from sentiment.
There are a few adaptations of moral objectivism, of shifting levels of strentgth from weakest to most grounded:
Moral universalism
Moral authenticity
Moral absolutism
One general point about moral objectivism is that the position does not manage that a particular good certainties exist, nor does it suggest that any or every single moral truth are known.
