The answer is a. Cirrhosis. This leads to liver damage due to excessive alcohol intake.  Apart from alcohol, it also caused by heavy drug use, infections, hepatitis and other factors that can harm the liver cells and lead to this disease.

Inhibitions refers to the ability for you to enter a relaxed states. The effect of consuming alcohol would actually increase inhibitions in the long run since your body would constantly craved alcohol substance and force you to repeat the behaviour over and over again.
