What are all the food you can eat when you have braces?

Dairy=pudding, soft cheeses
breads= sliced lunch bread, soft tortillas, pancakes, muffins w/o nuts and biscuits.
Grains=noodles, pasta, soft cooked rice
meat/poultry=soft cooked chicken,meatballs, lunch meats
seafood= fish w/o bones, tuna, salmon, crab and crab cakes.

You can eat any food you want with braces. Avoid pizza crust, pretzels, bagels, nuts, chips, and raw carrots can harm your brackets. Anything hard that requires you to chew
