The Han Dynasty collapsed due to a mixture of internal forces and external rebellion. Internal forces include decreasing tax revenue which limited the ability of Han Dynasty to fund the court and to support the armies that defended China from external threats. External causes include threats of invasion from the Steppe Societies.
The Han Dynasty collapsed due to the mixture of rebellion and forces just within the place.  The examples are the decrease of tax revenue that limited the funding of the court. And next is the threat of invasion by Steppe Societies. These are the reasons why the Han Dynasty collapsed.
