Mendel published his results in 1865, but the significance of his work was not recognized at that time. What helped scientists begin to recognize and accept Mendel's ideas?

Respuesta :

Gregor Mendel published the results of his experiments in 1865, but this was only recognized and accepted after several decades by the scientific community when scientists, particularly biologists, geneticists, and botanists began conducting experiments on heredity. Mendel's ideas on the Law of Segregation and Law of Independent Assortment were referred to as Mendel's laws.
