The surgical status indicator that represents the global surgical package for endoscopic procedures; where there is no postoperative period after the day surgery is 000. The surgical Global package applies to services performed in hospital settings, Ambulatory Surgical centers, or Physician's offices. Codes with 000 are endoscopies or some minor surgical procedures (zero day post-operative period).
