When two or more people have identical interests in the whole property, with the same rights of possession and the right of survivorship this form of ownership is considered?

Respuesta :

I believe the answer is: Joint Tenancy

In a join tenancy, both parties have the right to use the property but none of them had the right to sell it.
The only way for one of the party to sell it is if the other party died and transferred all of his/her ownership of the property.
