All FEMA employees are required to do all of the following, except:
A) Report suspected fraud to the DHS Office of Inspector General
B) Fully cooperate with auditors and investigators
C) Contact the nearest Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Office
D) Inform investigators and auditors of any areas they believe require special attention
