As discussed in detail , It is with mixed emotions that I write to tender my resignation from PETRONAS lubricants India Pvt Ltd since Mar 2018 to till date ,kindly accept my resignation effective from 08 April 2024.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at PETRONAS and am grateful for the opportunities for growth and development that I have had over the past 6 years. However, after careful consideration, I have decided to pursue a new direction in my career that aligns more closely with my long-term goals and aspirations.
I am truly appreciative of the support and guidance I have received from you and the entire team during my tenure here. I have learned a great deal and will always value the experiences and relationships I have gained.
As I transition out of my role, I would like to kindly request that my eligibility for any performance payout & bonuses if any be considered in accordance with my contributions during the current evaluation period. I believe that my efforts have been in line with the company's goals and objectives, and I would be grateful for your consideration in this matter.
Please let me know if there are any specific procedures I need to follow regarding my departure, and I am more than willing to assist with the transition in any way I can during my remaining time with the company. As per company rule kindly mark this as notice and willing to Buy two months notice.
